The new plant is situated in the 10th of Ramadan industrial City being built over 42000 sq/m, designed and equipped with new lines and the latest mechanical technology to ensure best production and quality. The time frame of the construction of this plant has been an enormous success which is due to the technical experience of the Egyptian team participating in this project. The workforce of the plant is 900 Egyptian workers.
Vitro Egypt locally produces 12 varied models of vitreous china fixtures which are widely considered to be of the highest the functional and aesthetic. Vitro produce more than 3000 pieces/daily, Each piece which caries the Vitro’s Brand name receives special attention during a precise production process combining technology and expertise. This is why each piece is produced with such accuracy and perfection.
Our Italian designs are known with their sophistication and elegance and are created a group of prominent Italian designers who designed a variety of stylish models. More than 12 models; full of inspiration and innovation add an extra touch of beauty to the bathroom.
We insist on providing distinctive service to our clients. As a result we have increased the number of customer service centres in Egypt providing the highest standard of service to the consumer.
Vitro Egypt soon will be the number one in after sales service through out Egypt . In addition a call center with a toll free number 0120350550 has recently been set up for any customer inquiries and maintenance requests. We started with one customer service center in Cairo and we are 9 customer service centers 1 in Cairo, 1 in Alexandria, 1 in Hurghada, 1 in Sharm El Sheikh ,1 in Menia ,1 in Luxor, 1 in Zakazik, 1 in Ein soukhna 1 in Marsa Alam . Soon we will add seasonal centers in north coast during summer."
